CIVITAS AT THE 2009 U.S OPEN

The 2009 U.S. Open was held in Farmingdale, NY at Bethpage State Park on the world-renowned Bethpage Black Course.
Select superintendents from around the world earned the honor to join the Bethpage maintenance crew to prepare the grounds for the world renowned event. Countless hours were spent nurturing and tending to the course. The crew’s tireless hard work and perseverance did not go unnoticed by fans, media and the golfers.
During their time at Bethpage and The U.S. Open, superintendents were exposed to the cultural practices of Bethpage, where CIVITAS has been a component through academic research conducted by industry leading minds. CIVITAS trial results and studies were featured and superintendents had the opportunity to learn about its breakthrough mode of action and associated benefits of a resistance free, plant health activator.
